Molly is a seasoned E-Commerce professional, brand and content creative, working with ready-to-wear, jewelry, lifestyle, and home brands with over 20+ years of experience across e-commerce, brand building, creative direction, storytelling, digital marketing, merchandising, inventory management, communications, and strategy.

She has the ability to oversee highly engaged teams and agencies in e-commerce operations, UX web development, digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and more, to drive sales, ROI, and business growth.

Before founding ladybird, Molly held positions over the last decade as Vice President of E-Commerce and Brand Creative at Mignonne Gavigan, Senior Director of E-Commerce at Kirna Zabête, and VP of Fashion at Full Picture.

In 2009, she co-founded Les Nouvelles, a global online retail site offering over 135 advanced contemporary women’s ready-to-wear brands, including Rag&Bone, Tibi, Rachel Comey, Lizzie Fortunato, Mara Hoffman, Sea NY, Vanessa Bruno, Cacharel, Mes Demoiselles, By Malene Birger + more. During that time, she also held the position of Director of Communications at Alternative Apparel. In her early career, she held positions at Karl Lagerfeld, KCD, ELLE Magazine, and Ralph Lauren in New York City. 

Molly has a Bachelor’s degree from James Madison University. She currently resides in Virginia Beach with her husband and two daughters.  She travels often to see clients in New York, Charleston, and Houston.  Mama first, always chasing the salt air and sunlight, weaving together thoughtful and creative story arcs, brand building with purpose, growth, and dedication.
